Velztorm Pilum Ryzen 7 3700X Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Pilum desktop is a pre-built gaming system powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor. It includes 64GB of DDR4 memory and a combined 1TB SATA SSD plus 2TB HDD for storage. The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card delivers 8GB of GDDR6 video memory. A 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler support the components inside a black chassis.

Suits 1080p and 1440p players.

This configuration suits players targeting high frame rates at 1080p or 1440p resolution with the RTX 3070. The 64GB DDR4 capacity helps with streaming or content creation alongside gaming. Buyers who want 4K ultra settings or more than 3TB of total internal storage should look at a different system. The 802.11n wireless link may limit network speed for competitive online play.

Deciding spec: RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6

The RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB of GDDR6 memory is the single specification that decides suitability. It determines the resolution and detail levels the system can handle in modern titles. If your preferred games need more video memory or higher compute performance, this desktop will not meet that requirement. The 750W power supply is sized for this specific GPU.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler require?

The 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler fits a standard 120mm fan mount; verify your chassis has a compatible 120mm radiator location with enough tube length to reach the CPU socket.

Which power cables must be connected to the RTX 3070 during installation?

Connect the required 8-pin or 6+2-pin PCIe power cables from the 750W supply to the graphics card before closing the case; missing this step leaves the GPU without power.

What storage drives can be added later using the available SATA interfaces?

Additional 2.5-inch SATA SSDs or 3.5-inch SATA HDDs can be installed; the board provides SATA ports for both drive types beyond the existing 1TB SSD and 2TB HDD.
