Ryzen 7 5700X desktop for gamers

This Velztorm Pilum desktop pairs an 8-core Ryzen 7 5700X processor with a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card, 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe SSD. It ships with Windows 11 Home and is aimed at players who want a ready-to-game system without assembling parts themselves.

Black chassis with 750W supply and liquid cooling

The black desktop case houses a 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler with RGB lighting. Rear I/O provides USB 3.1 Gen1, five USB 3.0 Type-A ports, four USB 2.0 ports, one HDMI, one DisplayPort, Ethernet LAN, microphone and headphone jacks for everyday peripherals.

Check monitor, wireless and expansion needs

No monitor, webcam, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth hardware is included, so plan for a wired network connection and a separate display. The single 1TB SSD leaves no secondary drive bay populated, and the motherboard layout may limit further internal storage or add-in cards.

Questions about this item

What PCIe generation does the RTX 3060 Ti graphics card use, and what bandwidth ceiling does that impose?

The RTX 3060 Ti runs on a PCIe 4.0 x16 link, capping theoretical bandwidth at 32 GB/s each way.

What are the case dimensions and weight, and what clearance must the destination space allow?

The chassis measures 8.65 IN wide, 17 IN deep, 19.4 IN high and weighs 22.25 lb, so allow at least that footprint plus cable room.

How is the 120 mm AIO liquid cooler mounted, and which step do builders often skip?

The radiator and fans attach to the case with four screws; the step often missed is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before seating it on the CPU.
