Velztorm Pilum Ryzen 7 3700X Gaming Desktop

This Velztorm Pilum desktop is a pre-built gaming system centred on an AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 10 Home. A 750W power supply and a 120mm AIO liquid CPU cooler support the components in a black chassis.

Suits 1080p and 1440p gaming.

The 8-core CPU and RTX 3060 Ti combination delivers strong frame rates at 1080p and 1440p resolutions with G-SYNC support and DirectX 12 capability. Builders who need 4K ultra performance, multi-GPU configurations, or integrated Wi-Fi should consider other systems. The fixed 16GB DDR4 capacity and single 2TB SSD also limit users planning large memory arrays or multi-drive storage layouts.

RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 graphics card

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti provides 8GB GDDR6 video memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with VR-ready certification and G-SYNC compatibility. This single specification determines whether the system meets a buyer's target resolution and refresh-rate requirements for modern titles.

Questions about this item

How do I confirm the Ryzen 7 3700X is hitting its 4.4 GHz boost clock after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab and watch the CPU frequency while running a heavy single-thread load; it should reach 4.4 GHz on one or two cores.

What comes in the box and what must I buy separately for the Velztorm Pilum?

The desktop, power cord, and Windows 10 Home are included; you must supply a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and any Wi-Fi adapter because the system has no built-in wireless.

Which storage capacity should I choose for this Pilum model?

This specific Pilum configuration ships with a single 2 TB PCIe NVMe SSD; no other capacity options are offered for this SKU.
