5.5-inch roller with adjustable thickness

A single 5.5-inch diameter roller made from SUS304 stainless steel carries a food-grade Teflon non-stick coating. Thickness is adjustable from 1 to 5 mm via a knob, while the roller speed reaches a maximum of 16 revolutions per minute. The unit operates on 250 W at either 110-120 V 60 Hz or 220-240 V 50 Hz.
