Aluminium bracket with 90° tilt lock and 360° pan fits most camera housings for indoor or outdoor wall and ceiling mounting
The VideoSecu MCB6S-A1 is a heavy-duty aluminum bracket designed for indoor or outdoor surveillance cameras. It fits most brands of camera housings and mounts to walls or ceilings. The 1/4" thread screw secures compatible devices directly. This accessory suits installers needing a single adjustable mount for standard housings.
Constructed from aluminum alloy, the bracket resists corrosion for long-term outdoor exposure. Its weatherproof design handles indoor and outdoor conditions without degrading. No moving parts generate noise, and the mount draws no power. The fixed geometry keeps the camera stable once locked in position.
The bracket tilts 90 degrees and pans 360 degrees, both locking securely. This range lets installers aim the camera precisely after mounting. The package includes only the bracket and the 1/4" screw; no tools, cables or software are supplied. Buyers needing pole adapters or multi-camera plates must source them separately.

Use the four mounting holes on the 2.5" square base to secure the bracket to the surface, then attach the camera housing to the 1/4" thread screw; the step often missed is tightening the tilt lock bolt after setting the 90 degree angle so the camera does not drift.
The aluminum alloy construction resists corrosion, so only periodic checks are needed: verify that the pan and tilt lock bolts stay tight and clean any debris from the 360 degree swivel joint to keep movement smooth.
The bracket allows a full 360 degree pan range, so the mechanical stop is the first limit; plan cable routing with enough slack to prevent the wiring from binding before the pan reaches its end points.
