A 5 MP fisheye IP camera covering 180° horizontal view with ±25° tilt, 48× digital zoom, IP66 and IK10 ratings, PoE power and built‑in microphone
The Vivotek CC9380-HV is a 5 megapixel fisheye network camera that captures a 180 degree horizontal field of view. It is designed for wide-area monitoring in retail, office or public spaces where a single device must replace multiple conventional cameras.
The camera connects through a single RJ45 port using IEEE 802.3af Power over Ethernet, so no separate power supply is required. A built-in tilt mechanism allows +/- 25 degree adjustment after mounting, but the lens has a fixed 1.45 mm focal length and cannot be zoomed optically.
The sensor delivers a maximum resolution of 2560 by 1920 pixels at up to 30 frames per second with WDR Pro off using H.265 compression. Buyers who need higher pixel counts or optical zoom should consider a different model.
Measured against everything we stock in PoE & IP Cameras, at today’s prices. Recalculated every night.

Log into the web interface and confirm a live 2560 x 1920 feed at 20 fps with H.265; the image should show a full 180° horizontal and 120° vertical field without distortion.
The camera body includes a fixed 1.45 mm F2.2 lens, built-in microphone, microSD slot and RJ45 port for IEEE 802.3af PoE; you must provide PoE switch or injector, network cabling and a microSD card for local recording.
The lens tilts ±25° from horizontal; aim it downward up to 25° for ceiling installs or upward up to 25° for wall installs to centre the 180° panoramic view on the target area.
