Compact angled adapters for tight ports

This two-pack provides one upward-angled and one downward-angled HDMI-to-DVI converter so you can fit a cable into cramped rear-I/O spaces. Each unit is bi-directional, letting a DVI source drive an HDMI display or an HDMI source drive a DVI monitor. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain signal integrity.

Check your ports and audio path

Verify that the source device has a DVI or HDMI female port and the display has the matching opposite port. Remember that DVI carries no audio, so a separate audio connection is required when the source is DVI or when the display expects sound over HDMI. The adapters add roughly 27 millimetres of depth beyond the port face.

Replaces straight adapters in crowded builds

Use these instead of straight HDMI-DVI dongles when graphics cards, docks or wall-mounted screens leave no room for a straight connector to protrude. The pair covers both upward and downward clearance issues, so you can route cables neatly without stressing the port or the cable bend radius.

Questions about this item

What comes in the 2 pack and do I need any extra cables?

The pack includes one upward angled and one downward angled adapter, each with a DVI male connector and an HDMI female port. You will still need your own HDMI and DVI cables to complete the link.

Which angled version should I pick for a tight space behind my monitor?

Choose the upward angled adapter if the HDMI port points down and clearance is above, or the downward angled adapter if the port points up and clearance is below. Both are included so you can match the orientation.

What does the 1920 x 1200 resolution limit mean when I connect my PC to a 1080p TV?

The adapter passes video up to 1920 x 1200 at 1080p, so a 1080p TV will display its native resolution. Audio is not carried over this connection and must be routed separately.
