A 32 cm Y-splitter lets one motherboard start two ATX power supplies at once, using a 24-pin (20+4) male plug and two female connectors
This 32 cm Y-adapter lets a single motherboard turn on two ATX power supplies at once. A 24-pin (20+4) male plug connects to the board while two female 24-pin sockets accept the PSU cables. It removes the need for a larger single unit when extra graphics cards are added.
The cable works with both 24-pin and legacy 20-pin motherboard headers. It does not increase the wattage of either supply, so systems that need more total power than the two units combined cannot be supported. Users who only need a simple extension without dual-PSU switching should choose a different cable.
The main connector uses a 5557 24-pin (20+4) housing and each PSU socket uses a 5559 24-pin housing. This pin-out decides whether the adapter fits your board and power supplies.

Both power supplies should start simultaneously when the motherboard signals power-on; the 5557 24-pin (20+4) male plug and 5559 24-pin female connectors must seat fully without forcing, and the system should boot normally with all components receiving power from both units.
The package contains the 32cm Y-adapter cable with a 5557 24-pin (20+4) male plug for the motherboard and two 5559 24-pin female sockets for the PSUs; you must supply both power supply units and their own 24-pin ATX cables.
The single 5557 24-pin (20+4) male connector fits both; the 4-pin section can remain detached for 20-pin motherboards, so no separate version is required.
