24-pin to 8-pin ATX adapter cable

This 30 cm cable converts a standard 24-pin ATX power supply connector into an 8-pin motherboard power input. It is built for compact systems or test benches where a full 24-pin header is not present. The short length keeps cable routing tidy inside small chassis.

Direct replacement for proprietary boards

The cable matches the pin-out used on 3020, 7020 and 9020 desktop motherboards, letting a standard ATX PSU power those systems without a proprietary power supply. No additional adapters or software are required; the single cable completes the connection.

Questions about this item

Will the 30 cm cable length need to be replaced if I move the PSU to a different position in the case?

The 30 cm length is fixed; if the new PSU location puts the 24-pin and 8-pin connectors farther apart than 30 cm, a longer adapter cable will be required.

What is the first limit reached when the adapter runs at full load for extended periods?

The 24-pin ATX and 8-pin connectors are each rated for standard ATX current limits; sustained loads beyond those ratings will hit the connector pin-current ceiling first.
