Purpose-built PSU cables

This four-pack adapts Corsair modular power supplies to graphics cards that require dual eight-pin PCIe connectors. Each cable runs from a single EPS12V eight-pin port on the PSU side to two 6+2-pin PCIe plugs on the component side. The design targets builders who use Corsair RM, RMX, RMi, HX, HXi, AX, AXi, SF, TX, TX-M, CS, CS-M, CX or CX-M series units and need extra PCIe power without daisy-chaining from the PSU's own cables.

Replaces improvised power wiring

The cables remove the need to repurpose CPU power leads or use generic adapters that may not match Corsair's pinout. They are worth installing when a graphics card draws enough current to justify a dedicated EPS-sourced connection and the PSU has spare EPS ports. The AX1200 model is explicitly excluded, so owners of that unit must seek a different solution.

Sustained-load behaviour

Thick 18AWG conductors carry 12-volt power across a 35-foot total length split across the four cables, each measuring roughly 25 plus 10 inches end to end. The flat black array layout resists tangling and promotes airflow during extended gaming or compute sessions. Connectors are male-to-male throughout, rated for continuous 12-volt delivery without a UL listing.
