4-Port HDMI KVM Switch with Audio

The Vszerda unit lets four HDMI-equipped computers share one monitor, a keyboard, a mouse and up to four USB 3.0 peripherals. A 3.5 mm audio jack passes sound from the active system to speakers or headphones. Switching is done by a front button or the included wired remote that reaches 1.5 metres. No hot-key switching is supported.

Sustained 8K60 and 4K120 video throughput

The switch maintains 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz continuously over HDMI 2.1, and 8K at 30 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz over DisplayPort 1.4, provided every cable and endpoint supports the target mode. USB 3.0 ports keep high-speed data flowing to printers, scanners or external drives without throttling during long sessions. EDID emulation keeps display handshakes stable when switching.

Four HDMI-plus-USB input pairs required

Each connected computer must supply one HDMI cable and one USB 3.0 cable to its dedicated port pair on the switch. The monitor connects to the single HDMI output. If a system lacks either an HDMI or a USB 3.0 port, it cannot be used with this KVM.

Questions about this item

Does the Vszerda 4-Port HDMI KVM Switch run hot or make noise when switching between four computers all day?

The unit has no fan and draws power from the connected USB 3.0 cables, so it stays cool and silent during continuous operation.

What cables must I already own to connect four computers to this KVM switch?

Each computer needs one HDMI cable and one USB 3.0 cable; the monitor needs one HDMI cable, and audio devices use a 3.5 mm cable.

Will my older 4K@60 Hz monitor work with the 8K@60 Hz output of this switch?

Yes, the HDMI 2.1 output is backward compatible and will downscale to 4K@60 Hz or lower resolutions automatically.
