Two-Computer Dual-Monitor KVM

The Vszerda switch lets two computers share one keyboard, one mouse, two monitors, audio output and two USB 2.0 peripherals. It operates over DisplayPort 1.2 and is compatible with DP 1.4 sources at 4K 60 Hz. The package includes the switch, two special USB cables, four DisplayPort cables, a 5 V 2 A power adapter, a wired remote button and a manual.

Suited For Multi-System Desks

Creators, developers or traders who run two PCs side by side and want a single control set will benefit. The unit supports extended, mirrored or spanned desktop modes and works with wired, wireless, unified or Bluetooth keyboards and mice, including Apple layouts. Buyers whose computers lack dual DisplayPort outputs or who require EDID emulation should look elsewhere.

Build Integration Notes

Each computer must provide two video outputs to drive both monitors through the switch. A free USB port on each host is needed for the supplied special cables that carry keyboard, mouse and peripheral data. The external 5 V 2 A adapter powers the switch itself, so no host port supplies that load. Four DisplayPort cables and the remote button are included for immediate setup.

Questions about this item

What video outputs must each computer already have to use this dual-monitor KVM?

Each computer needs two DisplayPort outputs because the switch provides two monitor ports per system and does not convert other video signals.

Will my existing DisplayPort 1.4 cables and monitors work at their native refresh rates?

The switch supports DP 1.4 devices but only at 4K 60 Hz; higher refresh rates are not passed through.

How can I confirm the switch is routing video and USB correctly after I power everything on?

Press the wired remote button or use a hotkey combo; the active-system LED changes and both monitors instantly show the other computer’s desktop.
