4x2 HDMI Matrix for 8K Sources

The Vszerda matrix connects four HDMI 2.1 sources to two displays at up to 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz with HDR and Dolby Vision. It suits home-theatre, office or classroom installations that need flexible switching without downscaling.

Sustained 40 Gbps Bandwidth Handling

The unit maintains 40 Gbps throughput across both outputs, supporting 10-bit 8K 60 Hz 4:2:0 or 4K 120 Hz 4:4:4 continuously. Integrated equalisation and retiming keep signal integrity stable during long sessions.

Aluminium Housing with IR and EDID Memory

A compact aluminium chassis dissipates heat passively while the included IR remote works up to 5 m. Automatic EDID management stores the last configuration so the matrix restores input selections after power loss.

Questions about this item

Does the Vszerda 4x2 HDMI Matrix run hot or draw much power when left on all day?

The unit uses a compact aluminium housing with an integrated equaliser, retiming and driver, and ships with a dedicated power adapter, so it stays cool during continuous operation.

What cables and source devices must I already own to use the 4x2 matrix?

You need four HDMI 2.1 source devices and two HDMI 2.1 displays, plus HDMI cables rated for 48 Gbps to reach the full 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz bandwidth.

Will the matrix downscale 8K sources to match my older 4K 60 Hz screen?

The spec states it will not reduce the output to 4K or 1080p, so each output follows the native resolution and refresh rate of the connected display without forced downscaling.
