Questions about this item

Will the card reader handle cards larger than 64GB without errors?

The built-in reader is specified for a maximum of 64GB, so larger cards may not be recognised or may show errors.

How much heat or noise does the unit add when the USB 3.0 hub and eSATA port run all day?

The device has no fan or moving parts; it draws power from the motherboard headers and runs silently with negligible heat.

Which motherboard headers must be free for the front panel to function?

One USB 3.0 20-pin header and one USB 2.0 10-pin header are required.
