It is built for builders who need to add multiple drives or riser cards to a semi-modular PSU that lacks native SATA leads. The 18AWG copper conductors and screw-down crown terminals provide a secure fit for the listed units only.

Modular Fit and Cable Routing

The cable plugs directly into the 6-pin peripheral port on supported PSUs such as Seasonic Platinum, X-series, KMX, SSR-RM, SGX and older Antec Neo ECO, True Power or Signature models with a single red port. The main 20-inch lead reaches the drive bay while two 6-inch branches space additional devices without daisy-chain clutter. It frees up the PSU's native SATA ports for other peripherals.

Three-Drive Headroom and Limits

The harness supplies power to three SATA devices simultaneously, suitable for hard drives, SSDs or powered riser cards within the PSU's 6-pin rail rating. Total current is limited by the source connector and 18AWG wire gauge, so high-spin-up arrays may hit the rail ceiling. The adapter is not compatible with newer Antec units that use dual red ports or any PSU outside the explicit compatibility list.
