Purpose-built link
This DisplayPort 1.4 cable carries 32.4 Gbps over 10 feet, connecting modern GPUs such as RTX 3070, 3080, 3090 or Radeon RX 6800, 6900 to high-refresh monitors. Gold-plated plugs, bare copper conductors and foil-plus-braid shielding keep the signal clean for gaming rigs and expanded workstations alike.
Bandwidth headroom
The HBR3 link drives 8K at 60 Hz with 10-bit colour, 4K at 120 Hz natively or 240 Hz with DSC, and 1440p up to 240 Hz. It also handles 5K at 60 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz, while remaining backward compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and 1.3 devices. Audio passes through uncompressed 7.1, 5.1 or stereo without extra cables.
Build and thermals
Passive construction means no fan noise and zero added power draw; the cable simply conducts the signal. Gold-plated connectors resist corrosion, a latch with a release button prevents accidental disconnects, and moulded strain relief protects the wire exits during routine handling.

Questions about this item
Will this 10 ft cable carry 4K 144 Hz from my RTX 3080 to an older DisplayPort 1.2 monitor?
The cable is backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.2 and 1.3, so it will transmit whatever resolution and refresh rate the monitor and graphics card negotiate over the 32.4 Gbps link.
How can I confirm the link is running at 8K 60 Hz after I plug it in?
Check the monitor on-screen display or the GPU control panel; they will show the active resolution, refresh rate, colour depth and whether DSC is engaged.
Does the package include any adapters or only the DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort cable?
The box contains the 10 ft DisplayPort 1.4 cable with gold-plated connectors, latch release buttons and foil-and-braid shielding; no adapters are included.
