Vszerda Dual NGFF B+M-Key M.2 SATA Combo Enclosure
Holds two NGFF B+M-Key M.2 SATA SSDs in a USB 3.0 Type-C enclosure with JBOD or RAID 0 modes
- Holds two NGFF B+M-Key M.2 SATA drives in one enclosure
- JBOD mode lets each drive appear separately to the system
- RAID 0 span combines both drives into a single volume
- USB 3.0 Type-C link connects to laptop or desktop
- Includes SATA-to-dual-NGFF adapter for 2.5-inch bay installation
Dual M.2 SATA enclosure for laptop or desktop
The Vszerda enclosure accepts two NGFF B+M-key M.2 SATA drives and presents them to a host over USB 3.0 Type-C or an internal SATA link. It is aimed at users who want to migrate existing SATA M.2 modules into an external or 2.5-inch bay without buying a RAID controller card.
Included USB-C case and SATA adapter expand
The bundle supplies a USB 3.0 Type-C enclosure plus a SATA-to-dual-NGFF adapter board. This lets the same two drives operate externally on a laptop or internally in a desktop drive bay, and the host can address each drive independently in JBOD mode or combine them in RAID 0 or span mode when the operating system supports it.
Limited to SATA M.2 drives and USB 3.0 speeds
The bridge does not support M-key NVMe PCIe SSDs, so faster PCIe modules cannot be used. Throughput is bounded by the USB 3.0 Gen 1 interface and the SATA 6 Gbit/s lane, and the enclosure requires a host that can manage software RAID if a striped or spanned volume is desired.

Questions about this item
Will the SATA adapter need replacement if I upgrade to NVMe drives later?
The included SATA to dual NGFF adapter only supports B+M-key SATA SSDs, so it cannot be used with M-key NVMe PCIe drives and would need a different adapter.
What speed limit appears first when both M.2 slots run in JBOD or RAID 0 over USB 3.0?
The USB 3.0 Type-C link tops out at 5 Gbps, which becomes the bottleneck before the SATA SSDs reach their own 6 Gbps ceiling.
How much heat does the enclosure generate during all-day operation with two SATA SSDs?
The aluminium shell acts as a passive heatsink for both drives, and with no fan the surface stays warm but within normal SATA SSD operating temperatures.
