M.2 NVMe to SATA 3.0 6-Port Expansion Card

This PCIe adapter uses the ASM1166 controller to convert an M.2 NVMe slot into six SATA 3.0 ports running at 6 Gbps each. It is built for system integrators and enthusiasts who need to attach multiple SATA drives through a single M.2 connection. The card suits storage-heavy workstations and servers where drive count matters more than raw NVMe speed.

Passive cooling with no extra power draw

The card operates without a fan or heatsink, relying on case airflow to manage thermals during normal operation. Power is sourced directly from the PCIe slot through the M.2 interface, so no auxiliary cables or external supply are required. Noise stays at zero because there are no moving parts. Total power consumption remains within the slot's rated delivery.
