Bracket Kit for 2.5-Inch Drives in 3.5-Inch Bays

This Vszerda bracket kit lets you install two 2.5-inch SSDs or hard drives into a single 3.5-inch drive bay. The metal alloy construction aids heat dissipation and resists deformation. Included cables provide SATA data and 4-pin power connections for both drives.

Suited for Desktop Upgrades and DIY Builds

Builders adding solid-state storage to a desktop or server chassis with spare 3.5-inch bays will find the kit complete with screws, a screwdriver and two SATA 3.0 data cables. Systems that only accept 2.5-inch bays or require tool-less trays cannot use this bracket.

Dual-Drive Capacity in One 3.5-Inch Slot

The bracket holds two 2.5-inch drives simultaneously within the standard 115x102x23 mm frame, making it the decisive specification for users needing maximum storage density per bay.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the red, blue, yellow or black SATA cable colour?

The bracket kit includes one SATA data cable in a random colour; the bracket itself is blue and the cable colour does not affect performance.

What does the 3.5-inch drive bay compatibility mean for my desktop build?

The bracket fits any standard 3.5-inch bay and holds two 2.5-inch SSDs or HDDs simultaneously.

How does the included SATA 3.0 cable limit real-world transfer speed?

The supplied SATA 3.0 cable supports up to 6 Gbit/s, so drive throughput is capped at the SATA III interface maximum.
