Connects 2.5" SATA drives via USB 3.0 with included USB-C adapter, reaching 5Gb/s and UASP speeds up to 70% faster reads and 40% faster writes
The Vszerda adapter connects a 2.5" SATA hard drive or SSD to a USB port for data transfer or backup. It suits laptop owners, technicians and anyone moving files between internal drives and a computer without opening a case.
A short cable carries both data and power, so no external supply is needed. The box includes a USB-A to USB-C adapter, letting the same lead work with older and newer ports. Hot-swapping and plug-and-play are supported, so drives can be exchanged without a reboot.
The link tops out at 5 Gb/sec over USB 3.0, and UASP can raise read throughput by 70% and write throughput by 40% versus standard USB 3.0. The jump is worthwhile when migrating an operating system or cloning large media libraries. It does not accept 3.5" drives, so desktop mechanical disks need a different solution.

The Super-Speed USB 3.0 interface reaches up to 5Gb/sec maximum transfer rate, and UASP support delivers up to 70% faster read and 40% faster write speeds than traditional USB 3.0.
It supports 2.5" Mass Storage Class SATA drives only and does not support 3.5" HDDs; a USB-A to USB-C adapter is included for different computer ports.
Connect the SATA drive to the adapter, plug into a USB port — no driver needed thanks to plug-and-play — and use the included USB-C adapter if your port requires it; the step often missed is attaching that USB-C adapter before connecting to a USB-C-only computer.
