PCIe Adapter for U.2 SSD

This Vszerda adapter connects a U.2 NVMe SSD to a desktop or laptop mainboard through a PCIe x4 slot. It targets builders adding high-speed storage without native U.2 connectors. The kit includes the adapter card and a 50cm SFF-8639 to SFF-8643 cable.

Fits PCIe x4 Slot

The card occupies a single PCIe x4 expansion slot and draws power from the bus. Copper conductors carry the signal to the SFF-8639 connector on the drive side. It frees internal drive bays by letting the SSD sit elsewhere in the chassis. The adapter does not work with SAS or SATA disks.

PCIe 3.0 and 4.0 Support

The link runs at PCIe 3.0 or 4.0 x4 speeds, matching the U.2 SSD 750 interface specification. Windows 10 or later is required for driver support. Builders needing SAS connectivity or SATA drives must choose a different solution.
