A USB 3.0 KVM switch lets two computers share four peripherals, including one USB-C device, with push-button or desktop controller switching at up to 5Gbps
This USB 3.0 KVM switch lets two computers share four USB peripherals, including keyboards, mice, printers, headsets and cameras. It provides three USB-A ports and one USB-C port for mixed device connectivity. A desktop controller and a panel button give two ways to switch the active system. LED indicators show which computer is currently selected.
Verify that each computer has an available USB-A port for the included host cables. Confirm your peripherals use USB-A or USB-C plugs compatible with the switch ports. The USB-C port on the switch does not support video output or fast charging. No driver installation is required for Windows, macOS or Linux.
This switch replaces the need to unplug and reconnect USB devices when moving between a work and a personal computer. It upgrades from a simple USB hub by adding dedicated host switching with LED status feedback. The jump is worth it when you regularly share multiple USB 3.0 peripherals between two systems and want a tidy desktop.

The package includes two USB 3.0 cables to link the switch to each computer; you must supply the USB A or USB C cables for your keyboard, mouse, printer or other peripherals.
Use the USB C port for any peripheral that has a USB C plug; the three USB A ports handle standard USB A devices such as keyboards, mice, printers or webcams.
The 5 Gbps figure is the maximum USB 3.0 data rate; typical peripherals like keyboards, mice and printers use far less bandwidth, so the switch will not bottleneck them.
