Vszerda Ver009S SATA 15Pin to 6Pin Power Cable

SKU CH-N54K-54MQF

A PCIe 1x to 16x riser adapter with a SATA 15-pin to 6-pin power cable for GPU power delivery

  • SATA 15-pin to 6-pin power delivery for stable GPU riser operation
  • USB 3.0 PCIe 1x to 16x adapter extends slot compatibility
  • 15-pin SATA connector draws power directly from PSU
  • 6-pin PCIe plug feeds auxiliary power to graphics card

Power Cable for PCIe Riser

This SATA 15-pin to 6-pin power cable connects a standard SATA power connector from a power supply to the 6-pin input on a PCIe riser card. It is intended for builders assembling mining rigs or multi-GPU workstations who need to power riser adapters without using motherboard headers. The cable delivers auxiliary power directly from the PSU to the riser board.

6-Pin Riser Power Requirement

The cable terminates in a 6-pin connector that matches the power input found on many PCIe 1x to 16x riser cards. If your riser uses a different power connector such as a 4-pin Molex or a SATA 15-pin receptacle, this cable will not fit. Verify the riser’s power port before ordering.

Questions about this item

What does the 15-pin SATA power connector actually supply to the riser and GPU?

The 15-pin SATA connector delivers power from the PSU to the riser board and onward to the graphics card.

What bandwidth limit does the USB 3.0 link impose on the PCIe x16 slot?

The USB 3.0 connection caps the x16 slot at x1 electrical speed, so the card runs at Gen 1 x1 throughput.
