Form Factor & HAT Clearance

This adapter board converts a Raspberry Pi Zero or Zero 2 W into the physical footprint of a Pi 3B or 3B+. It matches the GPIO header height and USB-Ethernet layout of the larger board so existing HATs and enclosures designed for the 3B series fit without modification. The Zero module itself is not included and must be supplied separately.

Target Users & Limitations

Makers who already own a Pi Zero or Zero 2 W and need mechanical compatibility with 3B-series HATs or cases will benefit. Builders who require Power over Ethernet cannot use this adapter because the onboard RJ45 port does not support PoE. Projects that need the full processing power or memory of a genuine Pi 3B+ should look elsewhere.
