Designed for 2017 iPad Pro 10.5

This case fits the 2017 iPad Pro 10.5 inch models A1701 and A1709 only. It is not compatible with the 2018 11 inch models A1980, A2013, A1934 or A1979. The set combines a PU leather folio with a shockproof TPU cover and a detachable wireless Bluetooth keyboard. A built-in holder secures an Apple Pencil, its cap and adapter alongside the tablet.

Detachable keyboard and multi-angle stand

The ABS plastic keyboard lifts away from the folio when you only need the protective cover. The folio itself folds back to support the iPad at several viewing angles for typing or watching video. All ports and buttons remain accessible while the case is closed. The case alone provides an auto sleep and wake function when the cover is opened or shut.

Upgrade from a basic sleeve or folio

Owners of a simple sleeve gain a full keyboard, pencil storage and adjustable stand in one package. The jump is worthwhile when you regularly type long emails or documents on the move and want to keep the Apple Pencil attached. Buyers who need a backlit keyboard, a trackpad or a case for the newer 11 inch Pro models should look elsewhere.

What does the case require to hold the iPad and Apple Pencil securely?

The case uses a shockproof TPU flexible cover to grip the iPad and includes a built-in holder with slots for the Apple Pencil, its cap and adapter.

How do you pair the detachable keyboard and avoid the common mistake of leaving it unpaired?
