#10 Digi-Clear Window Envelopes

These #10 Digi-Clear window envelopes are designed for everyday business mailing and bulk statement runs. The pressure-sensitive seal removes the need for moisture, so high-volume mailrooms can process thousands of pieces without slowing down.

Capacity and headroom

Each box contains 500 envelopes and a full carton holds 2500, giving ample stock for monthly billing cycles. The 24# white sulphite sheet with 92% brightness feeds reliably through laser printers, but the single poly window limits use to documents with a fixed address block.

Fit in your workflow

The B-style window sits 1-1/8" x 4-1/2" at 7/8" from the left and 5/8" from the bottom, matching standard cheque and invoice layouts. Two side seams under construction keeps the face flat for clean print runs, while the peel-and-seal flap closes instantly without a moistener.

Questions about this item

Will the 4.125 x 9.5 inch size and pressure-sensitive seal work with my existing #10 envelope stock and folder inserter?

Yes, this is a standard #10 envelope measuring 4.125 x 9.5 inches with a pressure-sensitive seal that closes without moisture, compatible with typical folder inserters designed for this size.

How can I verify the Digi-Clear window aligns correctly and the envelopes feed smoothly through my laser printer?

Print a test batch; the B-style window sits 7/8 inch from the left and 5/8 inch from the bottom, and the 24 lb White Sulphite stock with 92% brightness and smooth laser finish is rated laser compatible.

Does the box of 500 include any extra seals or a separate window template, or must I buy those separately?

The box contains 500 complete envelopes with poly Digi-Clear windows already installed and pressure-sensitive flaps ready to seal; no additional seals or templates are required.
