Everyday Mailing Envelopes

These #6-3/4 regular envelopes measure 3.625 by 6.5 inches and come in a box of 500. They suit offices, schools and home users who send standard letters, invoices or statements on a daily basis.

Recycled Vellum Finish

The ivory pastel sulphite paper is recycled and acid free, helping documents resist yellowing over time. A vellum surface gives a smooth feel for handwriting or laser printing without smudging.

Diagonal Seam Construction

Diagonal seams add strength compared with side seams, reducing the risk of tearing when the envelope is filled. The remoistening seal closes securely with a light dab of moisture, and each box weighs 4.5 lbs for easy storage.

Questions about this item

How long before the remoistening seal on these 24# envelopes loses its stickiness?

The remoistening seal activates with moisture each time you close a flap, so there is no adhesive layer to dry out; the envelopes stay usable as long as the paper remains intact.

What stops me from stuffing more sheets into a 3.625 x 6.5 envelope before it tears?

The 24# recycled sulphite paper with diagonal seam construction sets the practical limit; overfilling stresses the seam and causes tearing before the paper itself gives way.

Will a box of 500 envelopes make the storage area noticeably warmer or noisier over a full day?

The product is passive paper stock weighing 4.5 lbs per box; it generates no heat, noise or power draw while sitting on a shelf or being processed by hand.
