What This Envelope Is For

This open-side booklet envelope measures 6 by 9 inches and uses 24-pound gray kraft paper. It suits offices and schools that mail multi-page documents, catalogues or reports without folding them more than once.

The Specification That Matters

Two side seams run under the envelope body, and a remoistening seal closes the flap. The vellum finish and acid-free stock protect contents from yellowing, while SFI certification confirms responsible fibre sourcing.

How It Fits Your Workflow

A box contains 500 envelopes and weighs 11 pounds, making it easy to store on a standard shelf. The bulk count supports high-volume mailing runs, and the open-side format feeds smoothly through most inserters and postage meters.

Questions about this item

What does the 24# weight mean once the envelope is in a real machine?

The 24# stock feeds reliably through most desktop printers and copiers while feeling noticeably sturdier than standard letter paper.

How does the remoistening seal perform in practice?

Moisten the flap and it forms a secure bond that holds through automated sorting and handling.

What clearance does the 6 x 9 open-side format need to fit or mount?

The envelope measures six by nine inches and opens on the long side, so it fits standard 6 x 9 trays and mail slots without extra clearance.
