  • Bright 92 % paper gives crisp laser prints

  • Two side seams add strength for machine feeding
  • Box of 500 covers high-volume mailing needs

Envelope Size and Window Layout

The #9 side-seam envelope measures 3-7/8 by 8-7/8 inches and carries a C-style Digi-Clear window positioned 7/8 inch from the left edge and 1/2 inch from the bottom. The window opening is 1-1/8 by 4-1/2 inches and shows the recipient address without a separate label.

Build Fit and Mailing Workflow

White sulphite stock with 92 brightness and a smooth laser finish feeds reliably through standard laser printers. Two side seams under construction and a remoistening seal keep the flap secure during automated insertion, while the black confetti tint adds opacity for confidential contents.

Upgrade From Plain or Single-Seam Stock

The confetti tint replaces standard white envelopes when internal print must stay hidden in transit. The Digi-Clear window and laser-compatible coating replace hand-addressed or inkjet-only mailers for high-volume statement runs. Not suited for buyers who need a larger catalogue size or a peel-and-seal closure.
