Everyday Mailing Envelopes

These open-side booklet envelopes measure 9 x 12 inches and come in a box of 500. The 28 lb stock and remoistening seal suit routine office mailing, invoicing and document distribution. The side-seam construction keeps contents aligned during automatic insertion equipment runs.

Recycled Vellum Finish

Each envelope uses 30 percent post-consumer recycled fibre with a 92 brightness white vellum surface. The acid-free paper resists yellowing for archival storage, while the side seams and flap-down design feed smoothly through folder-inserter machines. A full carton weighs 20 lbs for easy shelf handling.

Check Printer Compatibility

Verify that your laser or inkjet printer accepts 9 x 12 inch custom sizes and 28 lb media before ordering. Confirm the side-seam orientation matches your folder-inserter feed path to avoid jams. Ensure storage conditions stay dry to preserve the remoistening adhesive.

Questions about this item

What size paper fits inside the 9 x 12 open side envelope?

The open side measures nine inches by twelve inches, so standard letter sheets folded once or flat documents up to that width will fit.

How much does a full box of 500 envelopes weigh for shelf planning?

Each box weighs twenty pounds, so allow adequate shelf strength when storing multiple cartons.

How do you seal the remoistening flap without it sticking prematurely?

Lightly moisten the gummed flap only when ready to close; store the box flap-down in a dry area to prevent accidental activation.
