Bright Blueberry Announcement Envelopes

These 4.75 x 6.5 inch envelopes come in a box of 500 and feature a recycled, brightly coloured Blueberry sulphite paper with a vellum finish. The 24 lb stock is acid free and constructed with two side seams under a square flap. They suit everyday correspondence, invitations or bulk mailings that need a distinctive coloured envelope.

Lightweight box with standard seal

Each box weighs 5.5 lbs and contains 500 envelopes with a remoistening seal on the square flap down. The paper stock handles typical office printers and copiers without excessive curl or jamming. No window is present, so addressing can be printed directly or labels applied cleanly.

Fits standard A-6 slots and trays

The envelopes measure 4.75 by 6.5 inches and stack neatly in standard desk trays or mailroom sorters. A full carton holds 5000 pieces for larger operations. Buyers needing window envelopes, heavier card weights or different flap styles will need a separate product.

Questions about this item

How do I seal the remoistening flap without it sticking prematurely?

Moisten the adhesive strip only when ready to mail; the vellum-finish sulphite paper absorbs moisture quickly, so keep unused envelopes in the closed box until needed.

Will the acid-free 24# Blueberry stock fade or degrade in long-term storage?

Acid-free sulphite resists yellowing and brittleness, so the colour and paper integrity remain stable for archival storage without special replacement intervals.

At what fill thickness does the two-side-seam construction start to strain?

The 24# paper with side seams under handles typical announcement inserts; overstuffing beyond a standard letter-fold stack risks seam splitting before the paper tears.
