Mailer Envelopes for Flat Items

These white envelopes use 100% recycled board and measure six by six inches. The open-end design with a center seam keeps documents flat during transit. A pressure-sensitive Kwik-Tak seal closes the extended flap without moisture. Each box contains 200 envelopes for high-volume shipping needs.

Replaces Standard Letter Envelopes

Standard envelopes often crease photos or certificates when forced through sorting rollers. The rigid recycled board prevents bending so flat items arrive pristine. The upgrade is worth it when mailing artwork, diplomas or original documents that must stay uncreased. The self-seal also speeds packing compared to gummed flaps.

Limited to Small Flat Formats

The six-inch square size only fits items up to that dimension without folding. Thick stacks or bulky objects will not seal properly with the pressure-sensitive adhesive. Heavier contents may exceed the board's rigidity and bend in transit. Buyers needing larger, padded or water-resistant mailers should choose a different format.

Questions about this item

Will the 6" x 6" open-end mailer fit inside a standard letter tray?

The envelope measures 6" x 6" with an open-end design and center seam, so it lays flat in most desktop trays sized for small-format mail.

How do I seal the Kwik-Tak pressure-sensitive flap without tearing the recycled board?

Peel the release liner, fold the extended flap down firmly, and press along the full width — the adhesive bonds on contact without moisture.

When should I replace a box of 200 mailers if the adhesive loses tack?

Store unused envelopes in the original carton at room temperature; the pressure-sensitive seal remains reliable until the 200-count box is empty.
