Slim-Jim Booklet Envelopes

These white sulphite envelopes measure 6 by 11-3/8 inches and are built for machine insertion. The open-side design with two side seams under suits high-volume mailing operations. A 92 percent brightness level keeps printed materials looking crisp. Each box contains 1000 units for extended runs.

24 lb Stock and 1000 Count

The 24 pound paper weight provides enough stiffness for automated feeders without jamming. It handles standard brochures and folded sheets comfortably. Heavier inserts or thick catalogues may exceed the envelope's capacity. The 1000 count box reduces reorder frequency for busy mailrooms.

SFI Certified Vellum Finish

SFI certification confirms the paper comes from responsibly managed forests. The vellum finish gives a smooth, professional feel and resists smudging during handling. Open-side loading speeds up machine insertion compared to wallet styles. Side seam construction adds durability during transit.
