Questions about this item

Which iPad models does the A3354/ bracket fit?

It fits the 2025 iPad (A16) 11th Generation 11 inch (Model A3354, A3355, A3356) and the 2022 iPad 10th Generation 10.9 inch (Model A2696, A2757, A2777). Other 10.9 inch or 11 inch iPads cannot be used.

Can I keep my existing wall anchors when installing this bracket?

The bracket includes predrilled holes in the metal base and comes with mounting hardware, so you can use your existing anchors if they align with the hole pattern; otherwise new fixings are supplied.

How do I verify the anti-theft lock is engaged after setup?

Insert the key, turn until it stops, then attempt to rotate the iPad — the 360° rotating frame should stay fixed and the iPad cannot be removed without the key.
