2" Short Angle Sash Brush

This 2" short angle sash brush uses soft Silver CT polyester bristles for smooth application. It is suited to painters and decorators working on trim, cutting-in and detailed interior or exterior woodwork. The short wooden handle gives close control in confined spaces.

Thermals noise and power draw

As a hand tool the brush produces no heat, noise or electrical draw during use. The synthetic polyester filaments resist softening in warm conditions and clean easily with water or solvent depending on the coating. Performance stays consistent across long sessions.

Bundled accessories and software

The brush is supplied as a single unit with no additional accessories or software. The 9/16" bristle thickness and 2 11/16" length hold a generous paint load for enamels, polyurethane coatings and varnishes on smooth or medium surfaces. Buyers needing wider coverage or roller systems should consider other tools.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 2 in short-angle sash brush and what step is often missed?

Dip the polyester bristles 9/16 in deep, tap excess against the can side, then hold the short wood handle at a slight angle for trim work; skipping the tap causes drips on smooth surfaces.

What maintenance will the soft polyester bristles need later?

Rinse with water for water-based coatings or mineral spirits for oil-based enamels and polyurethane, reshape the 2 11/16 in bristles while wet, then store flat to keep the chisel edge.

What limit appears first when brushing enamels on medium-texture drywall for long periods?

The soft 9/16 in thick bristles lose stiffness and hold less coating, so you must reload more often to maintain an even film on concrete, metal or wood.
