Splitter with audio extraction

The WRIARICH OZF6A takes a single HDMI source and mirrors it to two displays while pulling the audio stream out to separate 3.5mm, coaxial and optical SPDIF outputs. It handles 4K at 60 Hz with 18 Gbps bandwidth and supports colour depths up to 36 bit. The box includes the splitter, a USB power adapter and a manual.

Upgrades basic splitters

A passive cable splitter cannot drive two long runs or provide dedicated audio outputs for a soundbar or AV receiver. This unit amplifies the TMDS signal and adds three audio extraction ports with selectable 2.0 CH or 5.1 CH modes, so the jump is worth it when you need both duplicate video and flexible audio routing.

Sustained 4K60 operation

The splitter maintains 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz continuously thanks to active signal amplification and a 5 V USB power supply that prevents voltage drop on long cables. Deep-colour 30-bit and 36-bit streams pass without degradation, and the metal enclosure dissipates heat during extended use.

Questions about this item

How much clearance does the 5.59 x 3.15 x 1.26 inch unit need behind the rack?

Allow at least 1.26 inches of depth plus cable bend radius for the HDMI and audio leads.

Which audio mode should I pick on the three-position switch for a 5.1 surround system?

Select the 5.1CH position so the extractor passes multichannel bitstreams through the coaxial or optical SPDIF port.

When should I replace the included USB power adapter?

Swap it if the splitter loses sync or the audio extractor drops out, which usually means the 5 V supply has degraded.
