Purpose-built SATA power cable

This YEPLOOK cable converts a single 6-pin Type 4 modular connector into four SATA power plugs for drives or riser cards. It is made for builders using CORSAIR HX750, HX850, HX1000 or HX1200 Type 4 units who need more SATA connectors than the stock cables provide. The 18AWG UL1007 wiring is rated for the current these supplies deliver.

Installation notes

The lead from the PSU is 50 cm long, then three 15 cm branches reach each device, so routing stays tidy in most mid-tower cases. The 6-pin plug has one empty hole (NC) — this is the correct Type 4 pinout, not a defect. Do not use this cable with CORSAIR Type 1 or Type 2 power supplies, nor with any other brand, because pinouts differ and mismatched wiring can damage components.

Suits owners of the listed CORSAIR Type 4 modular PSUs who need up to four extra SATA power connections for SSDs, HDDs or riser cards.
