Dual LED Menu Covers

The WeChef set includes one 8"x11" single-panel holder and one A5 table tent, each with a built-in LED panel that lights the menu from below. The down-lighting makes text readable in dim dining rooms, bars and hotel lobbies without adding external lamps. Both units are powered by internal rechargeable batteries.

Sustained Battery Runtime

A full charge provides roughly four to six hours of continuous illumination, and the manufacturer notes that typical service lasts considerably longer because the lights are off whenever the cover is closed. This behaviour suits venues that open for an evening shift and recharge overnight. The battery is not user-replaceable.

PU Leather and Acrylic Build

The housings use CE-certified PU leather and acrylic that are odourless and water-resistant, so spills wipe away with a damp cloth. A slide-in top slot allows quick paper changes, while soft leatherette trim protects edges during frequent handling. The compact, lightweight bodies can be held in one hand for tableside service.
