2-Port 4K HDMI KVM Switch

This YINGHUA KVM switch lets two computers share one monitor, keyboard and mouse. It is built for office desks, server rooms or monitoring stations where a single operator controls multiple hosts. The all-metal housing shields the internal circuit from external interference. Hot-key and push-button switching keep the workflow fast.

4K at 30 Hz output

The switch passes video up to 4K*2K at 30 Hz, so ultra-HD content remains sharp on the shared display. Adaptive EDID and HDCP decryption maintain a stable handshake between each source and the screen. USB peripheral ports carry keyboard, mouse and printer signals without extra drivers. Plug-and-play operation means no software installation is required.

Desktop two-PC sharing

Connect each computer with an HDMI cable and a USB link, then attach one monitor, keyboard and mouse to the switch. The external controller button sits within easy reach for instant source changes. It frees desk space by eliminating duplicate peripherals and cables. Buyers needing more than two host inputs or higher refresh rates should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

What resolution and refresh rate will I actually see on my 4K monitor through this switch?

The unit supports 4K×2K output at 30 Hz, so a 4K display will show full resolution at that refresh rate.

Which video interface does the switch use and what bandwidth limit does that impose?

It uses HDMI ports and the 4K 30 Hz spec indicates the link is limited to the bandwidth required for that format.

What physical space and mounting does the all-metal box need on my desk?

The all-metal housing is a compact desktop box that sits flat; it has two HDMI inputs, one HDMI output and USB ports for keyboard and mouse, with an external push-button controller on a short cable.
