4K HDMI Extender over Cat5E/6

This YINGHUA extender sends 4K HDMI signals up to 100 metres over a single Cat5E or Cat6 cable. It includes EDID management so the source and display negotiate correctly. The kit is aimed at installers and home users who need to bridge long distances without signal loss. A US plug power supply is provided in the box.

Replaces short HDMI runs and active repeaters

Standard HDMI cables and basic repeaters cannot reach the distances this unit covers. The jump is worth it when the display must sit far from the PC, laptop or media player and a single Ethernet cable is easier to route than fibre or multiple copper links. It is not for setups that require KVM switching between several computers or that need USB peripheral extension beyond the video path.
