YINGHUA X99-GT server motherboard

The YINGHUA X99-GT is a server motherboard built for the LGA 2011-3/4 socket. It targets builders assembling Xeon E5 v3 or v4 systems who need a compact board with dual-channel DDR4 support.

Dual-channel DDR4 layout on 180x242mm PCB

Two DDR4 slots accept non-ECC, registered ECC, ECC or desktop modules up to 32 GB each. The black PCB measures 180 by 242 mm, so it fits tight server chassis while keeping memory traces short for signal integrity.

Bare-board package for custom builds

Only the motherboard itself is included in the box. Integrators must source CPU coolers, mounting hardware, cables and any expansion cards separately, giving full control over the final server configuration.

Questions about this item

What maximum memory capacity does the dual-channel DDR4 design on this X99-GT board support?

The board provides two DDR4 slots with a combined ceiling of 2 x 32 GB, so 64 GB total.

What are the physical dimensions of the X99-GT motherboard, and will it fit in a standard ATX chassis?

It measures 180 x 242 mm, which is smaller than full ATX and fits most micro-ATX or larger cases.

How is the X99-GT installed, and which step do builders commonly miss?

Mount the board using the standard holes, install the LGA 2011-3/4 Xeon CPU, then seat both DDR4 modules — forgetting to populate both channels for dual-channel operation is the frequent oversight.
