Questions about this item

Does the fingerprint sensor need cleaning or replacement after many scans?

The ZKFinger 10.0 algorithm reads up to 8,000 enrolled fingerprints; routine cleaning of the sensor surface keeps recognition reliable.

Which limit is reached first — user slots, fingerprint templates or log storage — during continuous daily use?

The terminal stores 10,000 users, 8,000 fingerprint templates and 100,000 transaction records; fingerprint templates will fill before the other two.

How much heat and noise does the unit produce when running all day on its DC 12 V 3 A supply?

With no moving parts and a 3.5-inch TFT screen, it runs silently and stays within the rated 0–45 °C operating range under normal indoor conditions.
