The ZKTECO K14 is a fingerprint time and attendance terminal built for offices that need to track up to 3,000 employees. It stores 3,000 fingerprint templates and an equal number of optional card records. A 2.8-inch TFT screen shows fingerprint images and verification results. Communication runs over TCP/IP and USB-host for PC connection.

Capacity and headroom for 3000 users

Fingerprint capacity reaches 3,000 templates and card capacity matches that at 3,000, with an optional SSR mode limited to 1,000 cards. Transaction storage holds 100,000 records before older logs are overwritten. The device operates from 0°C to 45°C and 20% to 80% humidity, so extreme heat or moisture will stop it working.

TCP/IP and USB-host interface limits

Data moves between terminal and PC over TCP/IP or USB-host only; no wireless or other wired links are provided. Power requires a DC 5V/800mA supply, so any installation must provide that exact voltage and current. The unit measures 183.8 mm wide, 136 mm high and 47.76 mm deep, fixing the mounting space needed.
