The ZKTeco K14+ID is a fingerprint time and attendance terminal that also supports ID and optional IC card verification. It suits small to medium workplaces needing a single device to record employee clock-ins and control door access without a PC running constantly.

Build and connections

A 2.8-inch TFT screen shows fingerprint images and verification results directly on the unit. The housing measures 183.8 by 136 by 47.76 millimetres and operates from 0°C to 45°C at 20% to 80% humidity. Data moves over TCP/IP for network integration or a USB host port for offline log collection, powered by a DC 5V 800mA supply.

Bundled functions

Standard features include work codes, SMS messaging, daylight saving adjustment, record query, automatic status switching, timed bell ringing and T9 input with nine-digit user IDs. Optional IC card and SSR modules extend card capacity to 1,000 templates. The terminal stores up to 3,000 fingerprints, 3,000 cards and 100,000 transactions internally.
