Dual-Frequency RFID Reader

The ZKTECO KR102E reads both 125KHz and 13.56MHz credentials, making it suitable for access-control systems that must support legacy ID cards and modern IC cards simultaneously. It outputs Wiegand 26-bit or 34-bit data over a cable run of up to 100 metres.

Installers needing multi-format card support

This unit suits projects where EM4100-compatible ID cards and S50-compatible IC cards are both present. It is not for systems that require a different output protocol, nor for sites where the mounting footprint exceeds the 86 by 86 millimetre panel.

Wiegand 26/34-bit output

The reader defaults to 26-bit Wiegand and can be configured for 34-bit, which is the single specification that determines compatibility with the access-control panel. The interface operates at up to 100 metres with built-in surge and reverse-polarity protection.
