ZKTECO ST200 SSR Door Fingerprint Time Attendance Access Control ST200+IC Office Equipment

Network Time and Attendance Terminal

The ZKTECO ST200 is a standalone fingerprint terminal designed for small offices that need automated employee clocking and basic access control. It stores up to 1000 users and 2000 fingerprint templates locally. A 2.8-inch colour display guides staff through T9 name entry and record checks. Data moves over TCP/IP or by USB stick, and the device can generate attendance reports without a PC.

Suits small teams needing simple clocking.

This unit fits businesses with fewer than 1000 employees who want plug-and-play time tracking and door control. It is not suited to organisations that exceed the 1000-user or 2000-fingerprint limits, or that require multi-site centralised management from a single console. Environments outside the 0 to 45 °C operating range or above 80 % humidity should consider a ruggedised alternative.

User and fingerprint capacity define the fit

The decisive specification is the combined limit of 1000 enrolled users and 2000 stored fingerprints. If your headcount or biometric enrolment needs stay within those totals, the ST200 handles daily attendance and access duties without extra software licences. Exceeding either figure means the terminal cannot accept new enrolments, so a higher-capacity model becomes necessary.
