ZKTeco U260 Time Attendance Terminal

The ZKTeco U260 is a standalone biometric terminal designed for employee time and attendance tracking in office environments. It verifies identity using fingerprint or PIN entry and stores the records locally for later retrieval. The unit supports networking through multiple communication ports for integration with management software. It suits small to medium businesses needing a dedicated clocking-in station.

3000 Fingerprint Template Capacity

The terminal holds up to 3000 fingerprint templates and 100000 transaction logs in its internal memory. This capacity determines how many employees can be enrolled and how long historical data is retained before offloading. An optional ID card function expands the user base to 10000 card holders. Buyers who need more storage or users than these limits allow should consider alternative models.

TCP/IP RS232/485 USB Connectivity

The device includes built-in TCP/IP, RS232, RS485, and USB-client interfaces for data transfer and network integration. The USB port enables manual data collection when a network connection is unavailable. It runs on a DC 5V 0.8A power supply and operates between 0°C and 45°C. The optional smart card reader and external printer support extend functionality for access control or receipt printing.
