95% Layout with Number Pad

The ZORNHER ZH980 is a 98-key mechanical gaming keyboard that keeps the full function row, arrow cluster and numeric pad in a compact 95 per cent footprint. Black topographic patterning covers the chassis and keycaps, while per-key RGB backlighting illuminates the shine-through legends on the IMD PBT caps.

Gamers and Professionals Wanting Full Keys in Less

Users who need every standard key without a full-size board’s width will fit this layout into tight desk setups. Builders who require a completely silent switch or a tenkeyless form factor should look elsewhere, because the pre-lubed linear switches produce an audible typing sound and the number pad remains present.

Hot-Swappable Linear Switches

The board uses factory-lubed creamy linear switches mounted on a hot-swappable PCB, so each switch can be replaced without soldering. This single attribute decides whether the keyboard matches a buyer who wants to customise feel later or one who prefers a fixed, non-serviceable switch plate.

Questions about this item

What must I already have to use the 2.4 GHz wireless mode on this ZH980 keyboard?

You need an available USB-A port for the included 2.4 GHz receiver; the board itself is battery powered so no cable is required for wireless use.

Will the pre-lubed linear switches and gasket mount feel different from the clicky switches on my older board?

Yes, the factory-lubed creamy linear switches and gasket-mounted structure give a softer, deeper sound without the sharp click of traditional clicky switches.

How can I confirm the shine-through legends and RGB backlight are working correctly after setup?

In a dim room the topographic pattern on the IMD PBT keycaps should glow evenly through the side-printed legends across all 98 keys when RGB is active.
