88-key Mechanical Gaming Keyboard

The ZORNHER ZH980 is an 88-key mechanical keyboard with a 95% layout that keeps the number pad, function row, arrows and navigation cluster in a compact frame. It uses pre-lubed linear switches mounted on a gasket structure for a smooth, creamy keystroke feel and audible feedback. The board connects via wired, 2.4 GHz wireless or Bluetooth 5.0 and features per-key RGB backlighting.

5-side Dye-Sublimation PBT Keycaps

Starry Night dye-sublimation PBT keycaps with side-printed legends resist shine and provide clear light diffusion for the RGB backlight. The 95% layout suits gamers, coders and professionals who want full key functionality without a full-size footprint. Buyers who need a completely silent typing experience or a smaller 80% form factor without a number pad should consider other options.

Hot-swappable Switch Sockets

The hot-swappable PCB accepts 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical switches so you can change switch types without soldering. Verify that your operating system supports Bluetooth 5.0 or has a free USB port for the 2.4 GHz receiver if you plan to use wireless modes. The keyboard measures 14.96 in x 7.99 in x 2.75 in, so confirm desk space before ordering.

Questions about this item

What connection types does the ZH980 support so I can pair it with my PC and phone?

The ZH980 connects via Bluetooth 5.0, 2.4 GHz wireless and wired USB, letting you switch between desktop, laptop and mobile devices without extra dongles.

Will the gasket-mounted, pre-lubed linear switches feel different from the clicky switches on my old board?

Yes — the gasket mount and factory-lubed linear switches give a softer, deeper thock with smooth travel, unlike the sharp click and lighter actuation of traditional clicky switches.

How can I confirm the hot-swappable sockets and per-key RGB are working after I plug it in?

Press each key to verify registration, then use the Zornher Pro Driver software to cycle lighting modes — every key should light individually and respond to switch changes without soldering.
