Zoro Select 5CRA7 Poly Tubing 12" x 2900 ft 1.5 mil Clear mailing supply

Clear Poly Tubing for High-Volume Shipping

This Zoro Select poly tubing comes on a cored roll measuring twelve inches wide and two thousand nine hundred feet long. The low-density polyethylene film is one point five mil thick and stays flexible from minus sixty degrees Fahrenheit up to one hundred eighty degrees Fahrenheit. It is FDA compliant and ships new in clear finish.

Suits Continuous Bagging Lines Not Retail Packs

Operations that heat-seal custom-length bags from a continuous roll will use this tubing efficiently. Shippers needing pre-made pouches, zip closures or smaller roll lengths should look at alternative packaging formats. The three-inch core diameter fits standard industrial dispensers but may not suit desktop hand sealers.

Integrates With Heat Sealers and Cored Dispensers

Mount the twelve-inch diameter roll on a compatible unwind stand and feed film through an impulse or constant-heat sealer to create bags on demand. The long roll length reduces changeover frequency and the wide temperature range supports cold-storage and hot-fill applications without additional conditioning equipment.
